Election Information

Club elections are Wednesday, December 13, 2023

RRRC is holding its biennial election for the Club's five officer positions (President, Vice President-Operations, Vice President-Communications/Marketing, Secretary, and Treasurer) and for up to 20 directors to serve on the Club's board.


Elections will be held at RRRC's Dec. 13th board meeting at the Clubhouse., 2219 Tomlynn Street Richmond, VA 23230

It's your Club. We encourage all of you to come out and VOTE. All current members are eligible to vote for officers and directors. 

Voting will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.  All members are encouraged to stop by to cast their ballot and to share in a potluck meal.  A main dish will be provided. Please bring a drink, side or dessert to share!


Per the club's Constitution & By-Laws:

• The election is held at the December Club meeting in the election year, using paper ballots.
• Ballots and proxy forms shall be made available at least ten days prior to the election and members may vote in person at the meeting or by their proxy, pursuant to the Club's designated proxy form, given to a member present at the meeting.
• The candidate receiving a majority of votes cast...for each officer position shall be declared elected.
• A candidate is declared elected to a director position if a majority of the votes cast...are a vote for the candidate’s election.
