You or your organization do not need to be a member of Richmond Road Runners Club (RRRC) or have an account on RunSignUp to add your race to this calendar. If you are using RunSignUp as the registration platform for your race, your race will automatically appear on RRRC's race calendar.

Complete and submit the form below. Sections with an "*" must be completed.

• Enter the "Race Name"
• Select the "Type" of event that best describes your main race.
• Provide a brief description of your race, including information on your organization and/or the charity that the event supports. 
• Provide the street address of the start line or check-in area for your race. (The race posting will include a map with this address flagged.)
• Enter the event name (e.g., 5K), distance (enter number and choose miles or K), and start time (enter time and select AM or PM) for your main race.
• If you have more than one race or event (e.g., a 5K and a Kids Run), click "Add Event" to enter information on the second event (e.g., Kids Run).
• Click "Choose File" to browse on your computer to select the file with the race logo you want to display.
• You can use "Add Section" to provide additional information about your race.
• Provide the "External Race URL" for your event's main website and/or event registration site. 
• Enter your email address -- RunSignUp will use this email address to confirm this posting and tell you how to edit the information.

RRRC reserves the right to not display your event/race on our calendar if it is not consistent with RRRC's mission.
